Your dog will hunt live birds, while we ensure they build their obedience and hunting skills simultaneously. Each dog that comes through our training program will be collar conditioned, gun broke, and steady on birds.

OUR BIRD DOG TRAINING

We offer an excellent training environment for your bird dogs. Our training grounds have a variety of cover and terrain as well as ponds. Each dog that we train will be exposed to a range of hunting situations that will prepare them for success in the wild. During the summer months we take the dogs to the ponds and give them lots of opportunities to swim and retrieve in the water. We also use live birds which is an essential component to training. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a dog do great bird work and come up short on the retrieve. We offer a force fetch training program that will ensure your dog is holding on their retrieves all the way to you.
